Appointments & Consideration

Your reserved time is thoughtfully prepared just for you.

  1. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
  2. Appointments adjusted with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.
  3. Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
  4. Guests arriving late may experience a shortened service time to preserve the schedule of other valued clients.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time and preparation.


Membership Privileges

Our memberships are designed to provide consistent self-care and exclusive benefits.

  1. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. Members must remain in good financial standing to enjoy ongoing privileges.
  3. Kindly ensure that payment methods and contact information remain current.
  4. ToniRoc Beauty reserves the right to thoughtfully adjust membership offerings with advance notice.


Age & Youth Services

To preserve the tranquility of our treatment environment:

  1. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in treatment areas.
  2. Guests under 18 must provide written parental or guardian consent prior to services.
  3. For clients 15 years of age and under, a parent or guardian must remain present during the service.
  4. Teen facials are available for guests 13 years and older.


Health & Wellness Disclosure

Your safety and results are our priority.

Guests are kindly asked to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. ToniRoc Beauty reserves the right to adjust or decline services if a treatment is deemed unsuitable.

Gift Cards & Special Offers
